The old saying 'a picture is worth a thousand words' certainly applies when you are selling a property. Using aerial photography, you can show potential purchasers unique views of your property. They can see the neighbourhood, the roads, proximity to essential services all from one photograph.
Using aerial video as part of your marketing opens up new channels to take advantage of when advertising your property. We can provide video up to 4k resolution which can be shared on social media or dedicated video sharing sites such as YouTube and Vimeo
Show your prospective purchasers the 'big picture'

Flat roofs and high buildings are always a problem for their owners. Without dedicated roof access nearly all flat roofs are invisible from the ground. Using a drone to take close up photos and video can save the owners/freeholders a lot of money compared to traditional methods of accessing roofs. In our experience, scaffolding in East Sussex is expensive, it often requires long lead times and even special permissions in many areas. Most councils are against the use of ladders above relatively low heights (Health and Safety) and the use of cherry pickers etc is often restricted by access to the property.
We can very often be on site and flying in less than 30 minutes, above the roof looking for problem areas and (if required) providing a live feed to a large screen on the ground so any interested parties can view, comment and assess any necessary repairs in real time.
The same applies to high rise buildings. with a maximum permitted flight height (above ground level) of 400 feet, we can provide cost effective, close up inspections of cladding, masonry, window fittings, external plumbing, drains and other services thus helping to identify problems without leaving the ground.
Using drones and aerial photography in land management adds a whole new dimension. We can survey land quickly and cost effectively providing detailed mapping, assessment of damage to fences, boundaries, walls etc. We've even been called out to look for lost cows or even to count sheep and view their grazing habits over extended periods.
Using drone aerial photography and video we can access areas that are often almost impossible to get to such as flood plains, steep river banks etc providing land management teams with the accurate information they require to make informed decisions
If you are planning changes to the way your land is managed and used, an aerial survey conducted using a drone can help you make informed decisions without the need to rely on out of date satellite imagery.
For border disputes, we can provide up to date, high resolution photographs enabling you gather 'evidence' to support or defend you side of the dispute.
